Prohibitive prices for the Classic

This Wednesday the prices of the seats to witness the match between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona live, scheduled for 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, October 16, have come to light.

According to the price panel published on the website of the white square, the seats, which non-subscriber members will be able to start acquiring from this Thursday at 12:00 and only online, range between 328 euros and 100 euros for these non-season ticket holders and for the general public, between 410 and 125 euros.

Last Sunday, Florentino Pérez, president of Real Madrid, denounced, in his defense of a European Super League, that "football is losing interest in the youngest and we must do something". It is debatable that this 'something' happens by setting prices of this level for a match, even if it is the Clásico.

As a comparison, for the match that Real Madrid and Shakhtar Donetsk play at the Bernabéu this Wednesday, corresponding to the third day of the Champions League, the cheapest prices in funds are 40 euros and in the sides, 65 on the west side and 70 on the east side. And the most expensive, 155 euros on both sides and 85 on both bottoms.
